EETC TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATION ON-LINE REGISTRATION

BEFORE you fill out the following form, contact a Test Administrator/Proctor for an exact date, time, and location. Test Administrators/Proctors are listed on the Certification Test Center page of this website - or call 262-567-1185

The following form will allow you to register ONLINE and pay for registration via CREDIT CARD or a PAYPAL account. The on-line registration form should be submitted BEFORE you click on payment buttons.

If you would prefer to register via U.S. MAIL, and pay for that registration by check or money order, please click here to be taken to a pdf order form that can be printed and then mailed.
